CURRENT JOB OPENINGS:

1. Toolmaker/CNC Machinist

Daily Tasks May Include:

Set up and use of CNC equipment for tooling and other fabrication projects.
Programming of CNC equipment.
Use of manual mills, lathes, grinders, saws and other equipment when necessary.
Preventative maintenance of machinery.
Assembling, fitting and repairing tools.
Use of precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges to check tool dimensions.
Assisting with tool and production machine maintenance.
Trains and guides fellow machinists and toolmakers.

Experience and Key Skills Required:

2+ years of experience CNC Milling/Lathe and supportive equipment
Proficiency in CAD and CAM software (Solidworks preferred, OneCNC preferred).
Must be able to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and understand tolerances.
Knowledge of machining different materials (Aluminum, Tool Steel, Stainless Steel).
Must be team player and hands-on when it comes to troubleshooting problems.
Must be task oriented and take ownership of assigned projects.
Good hand-to-eye coordination.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good math skills.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
